Yellow Tulips | Original Oil Painting
My favorite thing about these tulips, and what inspired me to paint them, is that they look like drops of sunshine. Their flaming interiors further this effect, as if little bits of the sun dripped onto the earth and sprouted fiery flowers. However, they remain smooth and delicate and are painted in such a manner.
